Savor a cup of coffee or tea as you relax into your day. After a light, healthy breakfast, gently explore a concept of Heart Living such as Knowing (and Loving) Yourself, Joy, Beauty, Grace, and Truth.
After a tasty lunch, rest, reflect, and discover the breathtaking beauty of Water Island. Do a heart-expanding visualization on the top of Fort Segarra, with its breathtaking 360 degree view of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the emerald blue-green waters of the Caribbean. Go down to Honeymoon Beach and sit in the sand with the water lapping at your feet, or just stay at the villa and lounge by the pool. Delve into your intuitive and creative side with activities tailored to the Heart-Living Experience – wire wrapping of beautiful stones, or creating a journal that warms your heart.
After a delicious dinner, enjoy the company of your fellow retreatants, enjoy a swim looking at the sparkling lights of St. Thomas, or just curl up with a good book. End the day with a peaceful, loving heart mediation, and sleep more restfully than you have in years! At the end of a week have a deeper and more loving understanding of who you truly are.
Cost: $1800 double occupancy, $2500 single occupancy – includes all activities, food, and accommodations for seven days and nights, and transportation on Water Island provided. Transportation to and from Water island and optional day trip to St. Thomas not included. Retreatants limited to six.
Cynthia Zeki, Ph.D., is a gifted Heart Ling Healer, teacher, speaker, author, and radio host who lives and works in the energy of the heart. She teaches how to use the power of Divine Love to reunite left brain thinking and right brain creativity with heart wisdom for truer and deeper spiritual and personal understanding. Dr. Cynthia has taught throughout Asia and the US. As a healer working in Heart Energy, she channels Archangels and is a medium for loved ones and guides so that each beautiful soul who comes to her can open their hearts and live their fullest, most loving lives. Dr. Cynthia is a Reiki Master Teacher, and practices and teaches classes in Akashic Record Reading, Reiki Crystal Healing, and the Violet Ray Tradition.
