Mini-Retreats

Divine Love Mini Retreat Explore the love and wisdom in your heart through visualizations, intuitive activities and reflective writing. This is a profoundly relaxing evening. $25
Resonance Mini Retreat Feel balancing, calming resonance throughout your body from the mesmerizing sounds of Thomas’s Himalayan Singing Bowls along with chants & ancient hands symbols. Leave refreshed and at peace, $25
Crystals and Gemstones Mini Retreat Nature and beauty are essential to Heart Living. We naturally and intuitively resonate with the gentle energy of crystals and gemstones. Discover how to use this energy to calm yourself and gain clearer insights. Gemstones and crystals are included in the cost, but also feel free to bring your own. $50
Daytreats
Treat yourself to a day of relaxation that centers around a concept essential to Heart Living. During a Daytreat we invite other practitioners to join us and share their expertise. A healthy, delicious lunch is provided. $100

See the world through rose-colored glasses! Learn to live joyfully by opening your heart to pleasure. Try Laughter Yoga, and giggle like you never have before. Find how freeing your physical spaces from clutter can free you to experience joy everywhere.
* Heart Living Week Retreat – Water Island, US Virgin Islands, February 25 – March 3, 2012 * Give yourself a week to transform your life. Learn, experience and integrate heart living at its most wonderful. Wake up each morning to the soft, warm breeze of the trade winds. Relax with a cup of coffee or tea as you relax into your day. After a light, healthy breakfast, gently explore a concept of Heart Living such as Knowing (and Loving) Yourself, Joy, Beauty, Grace, and Truth. After a tasty lunch, rest, reflect, and discover the breathtaking beauty of Water Island. Do a heart-expanding visualization on the top of Fort Segarra, with its breathtaking 360 degree view of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the emerald blue-green waters of the Caribbean. Go down to Honeymoon Beach and sit in the sand with the water lapping at your feet, or just stay at the villa and lounge by the pool. Delve into your intuitive and creative side with activities tailored to the Heart-Living Experience – wire wrapping of beautiful stones, or creating a journal that warms your heart. After a delicious dinner, enjoy the company of your fellow retreatants, enjoy a swim looking at the sparkling lights of St. Thomas, or just curl up with a good book. End the day with a peaceful, loving heart mediation, and sleep more restfully than you have in years! At the end of a week have a deeper and more loving understanding of who you truly are. Cost: $1800 double occupancy, $2500 single occupancy – includes all activities, food, and accommodations for seven days and nights, and transportation on Water Island included. Heart Energy Practitioner Classes
Akashic Record/Heart Reading Class
Through heart energy, this class teaches you to access the guidance and wisdom of the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are the soul’s imprint in all time and space. After this class you will be able to read your records as well as the records of others. (Must have completed Reiki I or Reiki 1.5). $150; $75 for Heart-Based Reiki Master Teachers.
Heart-Based Reiki is based on traditional Japanese Usui Reiki. Through meditation, Cynthia was guided to and given an additional symbol. This symbol represents Divine Love, and is given and received through the heart chakra. This symbol is taught in Reiki 1.5 in addition to the traditional symbols. In Reiki II and III other heart-based symbols are given along with the traditional symbols. Heart-Based Reiki classes are peaceful and relaxing.
Heart-Based Reiki 1.5 This class combines the attunements for Reiki 1 and some of what is traditionally taught in Reiki II. After this class you can use Heart-Based Reiki on yourself and others in person. This class is especially useful for therapists of all kinds – psychologists, physical therapists, massage therapists, etc. Parents of children with autism spectrum, ADHD, hypersensitivity, etc. have found this class helpful. $150
Heart-Based Reiki II This class includes the traditional attunements for distance healing as well as the next symbol representing Divine Love. In this class you practice healing those not physically close to you as well as healing past events, since the distance healing symbol is useful throughout all space and time. $175
Heart-Based Reiki III This class is for those who wish to practice Reiki professionally. It includes the traditional master/teacher attunements, and the final symbol representing Divine Love. $200
